While the mountains of N.C. have lots of snow in the winter, it doesn't snow that much in Charlotte. When it does it is very important to fill those bird feeders and spread seeds on the ground.

One problem I have with my feeder is that I also have a hawk that feels it is his feeder as well. While he doesn't catch many birds, it still hurts when you see him grab a small bird.
