There is so much beauty along the Blue Ridge Parkway. There is a pedestrians foot bridge below the auto traffic. You can see remains of the Battery Creek Lock on the other side from the visitors center.

Each part of The Blue Ridge Parkway has it's own special points of interest. This is well worth the time and effort to take a peak at a part of American History.
